Stress is there in all types of jobs. Some are very stressful while others are a little less. Stressful jobs exploit people?s vitality and unavoidable discomfort. Hence, majority of the people?s utmost endeavor is to find less stressful jobs; however, often they are compelled to do much stressful jobs for different purposes. More than any other profession IT seems to have struggled a lot because of stress. Statistics shows that 97 percent IT professionals find their work much stressful. Most of the employees feel stressful even before entering their work field.

The medical profession also brings in a lot of stress. It is easy to realize that doctors have to use their brain to a great extent. They have to study and apply the knowledge simultaneously on a regular basis. They don?t have much time for themselves. During the time of surgeries they need to apply their brains a lot. A lot of concentration is needed in the operation theatre. As many lives are depended on the doctor they need to have more responsibility.

Stress also affects the engineering professionals. They need to be very careful as even a little mistake can be harmful for their career. They need to make their work very secure.

Stress is also associated with sales and marketing jobs. Sales professionals always have to deal with the pressure of the customers. During busy hours it becomes really difficult for sales people to go to the toilet. Moreover, their patience has to be high enough lest they should not make misconduct with the customers. Unlike the sales managers, marketing officials have to remain tremendously busy in convincing the customers and put more emphasis on intelligence. They always have to figure out innovative ideas to support their job.

Teaching is another stressful profession. The main purpose of the teacher is to provide good education. Teachers also come across a lot of pressure when dealing with the students in the classroom. Besides taking class, they also need to check the exam papers. A good teacher needs to pay a lot of attention to the students.

Officials on financial institutions have to consistently drain much labor. They always have to manage the accounts precisely. If any miscalculation occurs, their jobs get threatened. Financial consultants need to provide innovative service to the clients. HR (Human Resource) administrators have to endure extreme workload. Sorting out competent workers and running training programs are not convenient jobs. At times they are very stressed.

People who work at production sector have many tough duties. From manager to machine operator, all have to remain extremely busy. Maintaining deadlines is also very important for this profession. It is proved that the workers in production sector not only pressurize their brains, but also they drain their vitality to a remarkable extent.

Clerical jobs are also very stressful. They listen to the upper level bosses and also take care of the needs of the customers.

The jobs discussed above are the most stressful jobs. Less pay also make the job more stressful. The stress also increases with deadline issues. It is alarming news that extreme stress and relentless working reduce people?s longevity. Thus, enough rest and balanced diets can help stay healthy.
