If We Are Going To Be Honest About Personal Development

By Evan Sanders

When we let go of all of the stories telling us we need to be something different than who we are, we finally give ourselves the chance to become who we were destined to be.

The society we have grown up in has taught us this story that we should be much more than we are comfortable in being.

The stories that are fed to us are absolutely endless. They take root in the relationships we have, the body were supposed to create, the look we are supposed to model and just about everything else in the book.

These stories are designed to tell us one thing - we aren't good enough the way we are an we should be living a completely different way.

The truth is, you have these incredible gifts that if you unlocked them you could amaze the world. But the first thing you have to do is take off the mask you've been wearing your entire life.

The truth is, it's a lot easier to be yourself instead of being someone else.

That may sound a bit off because we are all used to pretending, but the truth is we are all capable of falling in love with ourselves and becoming something we have always dreamed of.

In truth, that's the only way that lasting and sustainable change occurs.

And that constant change, amongst many other things, will help you create your goals and your dreams every single day.

Every single day you will be challenged if you're living this way but that's the point. You have to be willing to put it all on the table and come back daily willing to work hard no matter the challenges ahead.

If you are going to dive into all of this, you have to make sure you're doing it for yourself.

Appreciate the moment and attack the future.

Believe in where you are and if you want a different future, go ahead and create that.

Dive into it because it's something that you want to do and it's something that will make you incredibly proud. That's a life that you can be happy about.

So go and get it for yourself. Do it now.
