When such complaints are received, they must be quickly acted upon by doing training to prevent a drop in productivity.

Champion for continuous learning. The output of workers should be continuously improved, and this comes about when the workers are taught new skills. Their expertise is to have an upward trend at all times to enhance the growth of their careers. Training makes these leaders increase their competencies which are necessary to deliver quality services. These are very key to making them produce optimally.

Pose good questions. Quality questions bring forth quality answers for the manager. One should ask the employees relevant questions regarding the job and how it can be improved. One has to create a good rapport with the workers so that they may be free to share their views regarding their skills and needs. This way, one will be able to know the extent to which each worker is to be trained to execute the work efficiently.

Evaluate the outcome. Evaluation is very important for any program, and it should be done immediately the action is done. This measures the effectiveness of the coaching to know whether the objectives were obtained. The way the trainees perform after the training is very crucial as it is a yardstick to show if it was beneficial to them. The productivity of the employees is to increase after the exercise. If it has not, then the organization should make necessary adjustments.

The superiority of products that a firm offers on the market majorly revolves around the workers who produce them. Quality personnel with adequate skills make output to be superior. The firm should strive at all times to enhance the career development of its human resources.
