Learning Something Surprising About The Law Of Attraction

By Catherine Reed

Life is the longest thing that a person will ever be forced to endure, and there is nothing else quite like it. The thing about life is that it is extremely stupid. There is not experience more ridiculous that being alive. But life can also be profound. That is the thing about living. It is a mixed bag, a parade of contractions that never seems to end, with one paradox coming after another. But that is the most beautiful and the ugliest thing about it, how diverse it can be. Which is what there may be something surprising about the law of Attraction.

There are all kinds of beliefs in the world. One belief is that everything under the breadth of creation vibrates and does so constantly. Of course there is some evidence for this, as cells dying and regenerating does cause a small amount of vibration. Now this vibration is where the concept of good and bad vibes comes from.

The law of attraction is an invisible force. While there is no conclusive proof of its existence, there are those who believe in it. The believers state it is something that constantly affects the lives of everyday people, that no individual is left untouched by it.

A law of attraction is simple enough. It states that like attracts like. So a happy person is going to attract good things, leading to more happiness. The opposite is also true. An unhappy person will attract bad events, which leads to more misery.

Given the way the law work, being positive thus becomes more important. The fact is that life is temporary, so there is no reason to be down all the time. Every bad thing that happens is eventually going to end, as will life itself. So it is important to have as much as possible, because the opportunities to do so will eventually dry up.

The way it works on people is very simple. People with positive outlooks on life are going to attract good things, good things will happen to them. This translates to a person being more secure in their position.

Now, this security can lead to even greater things. People with more security are more inclined to take risks. Now, these risks can pay off greatly. Sure, they can backfire, but these individuals are not thinking about the ways it could wrong. They are far too busy seeing all the ways it could go right, and that is the most important thing, that is how the law work. Success if seen, and as such, it is obtained.

A clear example of this in the real world would be a mixed martial artist. At a minimum, they are going train in submissions, in wrestling, in boxing, and in kickboxing. But when they step into the cage, fear takes over. Even a small bit is enough. They become so focused on avoiding the offensive moves of their opponent that they fail to see the openings that could end the match. They defend the take down so much that they never see the head kick coming, and they end up not knowing where they are for a second.

Fear holds people back. But courage propels them forward. The law of Attraction will not necessarily reward such courage, but that positive attitude is the first step on the road to greatness.
