They need to organize a team at work or in a place where they are putting their attention on in their lives. A support team can reduce the tension they are feeling. It not only relates to emotional problems which leads to so many other problems. It also will have a big effect on the body. It can relate to headaches and aches and pains and one needs to pay attention to this.
